One of my favorite things about being a wedding photographer in South Florida, is being asked to photograph all the fun
pre-wedding parties. Bachelorette parties, bridal showers, engagement parties, you name it. I’m here for all of it!
But this Alice In Wonderland-themed bridal shower, or “unbridal shower”, as my lovely bride-to-be called it,
was the perfect hybrid of a playful and elegant garden bridal shower.
The backyard was transformed into a wonderland with whimsical decorations like teacups, tea pots, giant playing cards,
and of course: flowers!
A super stylish electric violinist (DJ Lexey) entertained guests during cocktail hour by playing the raddestt covers
of popular songs.
At the entrance, guests were immediately welcomed with a few super fun edible favors: a sugar cookie and
the “Curious Potion” -which was a shot of
empress 1908 gin, elderflower tonic water, and grapefruit juice. A non-alcoholic option was also available for all the expecting ladies.

And because no Alice in Wonderland themed bridal shower is complete without fun signature drinks that fit the theme,
Oberlin Catering crafted some unique drink options like The Madhatter Mule, Queen of Black Hearts, and Cheshire’s Tale
amongst other non-alcoholic options.
The menu options were also so beautifully crafted and presented and included lobster cake, ravioli, and ceviche served on tea cups.

And of course, this incredibly beautiful celebration was brought to life by Rosely Events
