As a Miami wedding photographer, I get to explore countless of beach locations, not just in Miami but actually throughout all of South Florida.
There is a specific beach out there for everyone! When Vivian reached out to me over the holidays about having her couples session
done at a beach location in the Coral Gables/ Key Biscayne area, I knew exactly where to take her.
Key Biscayne Lighthouse beach is gorgeous, not just for the romantic lighthouse element but also for the white sand dunes, tall grass,
rocks, absolutely epic and unobstructed view of the sunset.
Vivian shared with me during her session that she and Thulio actually got married at a courthouse a couple of years ago but never
had a wedding or even the chance to get proper photos taken as newlyweds, so this session was in honor of that moment.
We spent 90 minutes working together. One thing about working with me is I will absolutely not rush a session and for many reasons.
First, I find that the best pictures happen 20 minutes into a session.
Second, I aim for my clients (whether it’s a couple, a family, or a mommy-and-me session) to connect with each other, snuggle each other,
laugh and play together, not FOR the sake of the picture. These are things that take time regardless of whether you’re an introvert or an extrovert,
a natural in front of the camera or shy.

Whether these photos become their new holiday card on the fridges of
their loved ones or just the art decorating the walls of their home, I am
so grateful to have had the opportunity to photograph them during an intimate, romantic, and fun-filled beach session.
